This starts with an understanding of the fundamental legal duties of each individual board member, which include: Duty of Care — Each board member has a legal responsibility  to participate actively in making decisions on behalf of the  organization and to exercise his or her best judgment while doing so.

Dr. Allan Cunningham



  • Is an associate Professor/Lecturer and solid practitioner in the field  of International Business. For more than 20 years, he has built a solid  reputation of achieving exceptional results as an International Trade  Consultant. His experience in driving products and processes in business  started several years ago in the early seventies in Rose Town,  Jamaica. His commitment to his alma mater, Camperdown High school, was instrumental in his contribution to the  Florida chapter, serving as vice president,  and president between 2002 to 2014. With a passion for people and  education, he has lectured extensively at the under-graduate and  graduate levels at several South Florida Universities. Dr. Cunningham is  an adviser to student government and also serves on the board of the  Coalition of Alumni Association in South Florida. As a well-known academic/business executive in South  Florida, he has a strong bond in the community assisting in community  enrichment and redevelopment efforts and caring for the elderly. Broward County, the second largest county in Florida, designated January 5th 2018 as "Dr. Allan Cuningham Day". His  academic achievement includes a Doctorate in International Business, a  Masters in Management and a Bachelors in Psychology. 

Peter Gracey


Vice President/Executive Director 

  • Is an Entrepreneur & Project Manager who specializes in creating dramatic, measurable, and  permanent business process improvement through Six Sigma, Lean, and  Theory of Constraint techniques. His expertise spans across areas of  Information Technology, including but not limited to Cloud Solutions and data center migration (physical to cloud). He has been an active Music Producer for 352 Records, Promoter, Consultant and past DJ for a major music production company in Kingston, Jamaica.
    As a Honorary Member of the Scottish Rites and Free and Accepted Masons, Peter is a 32nd degree Freemason who has authored many esoteric poetry, sharing the stories of leaders and ordinary people just the same.

Judith Cunningham


Vice President (Finance)

  • Mrs. Judith Cunningham was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She attended Wolmer’s Girls School before migrating to the United States. She attended Baruch College of New York, Phoenix University and Nova Southeastern University and holds a MBA in Technology Management. Mrs. Cunningham possesses 21 years as a highly skilled compliance professional with experience in consumer regulations, Banking/Financial Services and People Management. Judith enjoys giving back to her community both in Jamaica and Florida. She volunteers bi-weekly at LifeNet4Families in Ft. Lauderdale feeding the homeless. She also enjoys traveling, shopping and social events. 

Faith Reivers


Executive Secretary

  • Faith Reivers has over 35 years of experience in the administrative field and has worked in both the private sector in Jamaica and public sector in the state of Florida. She holds a BBM degree and was a legal secretary when she first migrated to the USA.  For the past 17 years Mrs. Reivers has been an active member of her alma mater and aligns herself with charities that promote the education of students in her island home. Mrs. Reivers is the mother of two and grandmother of one; she’s also the youngest of four siblings. She enjoys traveling, shopping, dancing, reading and attending cultural events.
