President
Mrs. Judith Cunningham was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She attended Wolmer’s Girls School before migrating to the United States. She attended Baruch College of New York, Phoenix University and Nova Southeastern University and holds a MBA in Technology Management.
Mrs. Cunningham possesses 21 years as a highly skilled compliance professional with experience in consumer regulations, Banking/Financial Services and People Management.
Judith enjoys giving back to her community both in Jamaica and Florida. She volunteers bi-weekly at LifeNet4Families in Ft. Lauderdale feeding the homeless. She also enjoys traveling, shopping and social events.
Executive Director
Sandra K. Gipson is a native Jamaican. Ms. Gipson is a proud member of National Organization
of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) since 2008, Executive Board Member of the
Jamaican Diaspora Southern USA National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) National Human
Trafficking Committee Chair, and NCNW Executive Board Member at Large. Ms. Gipson is
currently a member of the Metropolitan Dade County Section NCNW, a Board Member of
Greater Miami Urban League, and an Executive Director of the People Profile Organization. She
served two terms as President of Metropolitan Dade County Section of the National Council of
Negro Women, Inc. (MDCS-NCNW). As president of MDCS-NCNW, Ms. Gipson led the
organization to new heights, not only in membership but also in the development of
scholarships, partnerships, and community awareness. NOBLE South Florida Chapter Sector
Member of the year 2015, MDCS-NCNW awarded her the Dr. Dorothy Height Leadership Award
in 2016, Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Distinguished Award in 2018, National Association of Negro
Business and Professional Women’s 2018 National Sojourner Truth Meritorious Service Award,
Barbara Carey Shuler 2018 Human Rights Community Activist award, Delta Sigma Theta
Sorority, Inc. Dade County Alumnae Chapter, Delta Honors 2019 Community Service in Political
Awareness & Involvement, Live America Life Insurance Agent of the Year 2019, and People
Profile Corporate Citizen of the Year 2020.
During her tenure as Section President, she was elected as the 2016-2018 National Executive
Committee Member-at- Large, becoming the first elected officer from the State of Florida to
serve on the National Board, and was re-elected to serve a third term 2022-2024.
She implemented Florida first Leadership Training (2018), facilitated in organizing the Broward
County FL NCNW; Central Florida NCNW Sections; and University of West Florida NCNW
Collegiate Section. She Mentored and supported Section Presidents during her tenure as a
National Board Member.
In February 2020, Ms. Gipson sought to expand the international reach of the organization by
facilitating the launch of the Kingston Jamaica NCNW Interest Group (NCNW).
Ms. Gipson worked with Florida legislators in proposing Human Trafficking Education Bill 2019,
a policy adopted by the department of education making Florida the first state to teach Human
Trafficking Education in school. In September 2020, Dr. Johnetta B. Cole NCNW National
President and Chair appointed Ms. Gipson the position of NCNW National Chair Human
Trafficking Committee.
Sandra attended Miami Dade College majoring in Business Administration and has a 35-year
career in the financial sector as a Financial Advisor/Insurance Broker, holding a FL 2-15 License
in Life, Health, and Variable Annuities in the states of FL, GA, MD, OH, TX, NC, SC, DC, MI,
and VA. Ms. Gipson is a survivor of human trafficking, child sexual abuse and domestic
violence. She is the mother of Dr. Terika McCall, Dorrel McCall, and Kevin McCall Jr.
grandmother of Jaden, Dorrel ll and Deanna McCall. Her Mantra is “I can do all things through
Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).

Dr. Allan G. Cunningham Born and raised in Rose town Kingston, Jamaica, in the mid-sixties, Dr. Allan Cunningham is a self-taught business entrepreneur.
As a proud past student of Camperdown high school he has contributed to the Alumni association. Serving as vice president, and President of the Florida Chapter for 8 years. He is an adviser to many Professional associations. Dr. Cunningham is also a Board member of the Parent Community Task Force of the Broward County School Board. He also served on the board of the coalition of alumni association In South Florida. He has a strong bond in the community assisting in community enrichment efforts and caring for the elderly.
His love of community and people led to the creation and development of the People Profile organization. He created the organization so persons could share their personal life stories with the express purpose of educating, inspiring and motivating others. This Idea also led to the birth of the pinnacle award ceremony in South Florida, the People Profile awards that recognizes ordinary people doing extraordinary things. During the four years of the People Profile awards several persons were recognized for their humanitarian and philanthropic contributions to the community. Some of these recipients include, Congressman Alcee Hastings, Miami Heat’s Dwayne Wade, Legendary Singer Melba Moore, Motivational Speaker Les Brown and other community persons that highlighted the basic philosophy of the organization.
January 5th 2018 was declared “Dr. Allan Cunningham day” by the Board of County Commission of Broward County in a proclamation delivered by Vice Mayor Dale Holness. Funds earned from the organization was used to assist needed students, supported school feeding programs and provide other charitable assistance. Dr. Allan Cunningham is an associate Professor/Lecturer and practitioner in the field of International Business. He has lectured extensively at the under graduate and Graduate levels at several South Florida Universities. For more than 20 years, he has built a Reputation of achieving exceptional results as an International Trade Consultant. Between 2008/2012, Dr. Cunningham served with Green Wealth International as their Senior International Business Consultant and Global Strategic Analyst.
His academic achievement includes a Doctorate in International Business.
