Mrs. Judith Cunningham was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She attended Wolmer’s Girls School before migrating to the United States. She attended Baruch College of New York, Phoenix University and Nova Southeastern University and holds a MBA in Technology Management.
Mrs. Cunningham possesses 21 years as a highly skilled compliance professional with experience in consumer regulations, Banking/Financial Services and People Management.
Judith enjoys giving back to her community both in Jamaica and Florida. She volunteers bi-weekly at LifeNet4Families in Ft. Lauderdale feeding the homeless. She also enjoys traveling, shopping and social events.

Miss Juliet Steadman was born in Church Lincoln, Grange Hill in Westmoreland, Jamaica and attended the Mount Alvernia High School in Montego Bay. After high school Ms. Steadman started her financial career with the National Commercial Bank, Jamaica Ltd., Half Way Tree, where she spent close to a decade, she then migrated to the US.
She continued in the financial sector as a Mortgage Broker until the Real Estate market crashed in 2008. Ms. Steadman gave up her mortgage office and went into foreclosure law, where she spent 10 years, while also being an Income Tax Consultant. Juliet is an entrepreneur, the owner of a few small businesses, including 365CollectionJS AKA 365Collection by Juliet Steadman and The Healthy Living Circle, which is now a distributor of LoveBiome, a Gut Healthy remedy.
With over 30 years of combined knowledge in the financial and legal sectors, Ms. Steadman is now a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, where she provides Rental, Homeownership and Foreclosure Prevention Counseling services. She facilitates a monthly a HUD approved First Time Homebuyer Workshop, an 8-hour course which gives attendees access to grants and funding to assist with their home purchase.
Among the many areas Ms. Steadman is involved in, she is a passionate advocate for young black men, the Founder & CEO of Black on Black Love. This is a movement that focuses on empowering young black men through goal setting and strengthening their minds through reading. The books being used are from two well-known authors, Les Brown, renown Motivational Speaker and Businessman, Shark Tank’s Daymond John.
She sits on several boards, a proud Kiwanian and a member of the Democratic Black Caucasus, Diversified Resources Network, just to name a few.
Juliet is very active in the community and aide in several political campaigns, including former Mayor Dale V.C. Holness and was on his first victory campaign back in 2004 and most recently, in 2022 for his candidacy for Congress.
Ms. Juliet “Steady” Steadman is a current student at the University of Phoenix, where she is pursuing a degree in Business Management. She is an avid/part time photographer who loves to capture important moments. Juliet is a devoted Christian and credits her faith in Jesus Christ, for the way she handles herself with grace and pose in difficult and challenging times and for all the successes in her life.

Dr. Allan G. Cunningham Born and raised in Rose town Kingston, Jamaica, in the mid-sixties, Dr. Allan Cunningham is a self-taught business entrepreneur.
As a proud past student of Camperdown high school he has contributed to the Alumni association. Serving as vice president, and President of the Florida Chapter for 8 years. He is an adviser to many Professional associations. Dr. Cunningham is also a Board member of the Parent Community Task Force of the Broward County School Board. He also served on the board of the coalition of alumni association In South Florida. He has a strong bond in the community assisting in community enrichment efforts and caring for the elderly.
His love of community and people led to the creation and development of the People Profile organization. He created the organization so persons could share their personal life stories with the express purpose of educating, inspiring and motivating others. This Idea also led to the birth of the pinnacle award ceremony in South Florida, the People Profile awards that recognizes ordinary people doing extraordinary things. During the four years of the People Profile awards several persons were recognized for their humanitarian and philanthropic contributions to the community. Some of these recipients include, Congressman Alcee Hastings, Miami Heat’s Dwayne Wade, Legendary Singer Melba Moore, Motivational Speaker Les Brown and other community persons that highlighted the basic philosophy of the organization.
January 5th 2018 was declared “Dr. Allan Cunningham day” by the Board of County Commission of Broward County in a proclamation delivered by Vice Mayor Dale Holness. Funds earned from the organization was used to assist needed students, supported school feeding programs and provide other charitable assistance. Dr. Allan Cunningham is an associate Professor/Lecturer and practitioner in the field of International Business. He has lectured extensively at the under graduate and Graduate levels at several South Florida Universities. For more than 20 years, he has built a Reputation of achieving exceptional results as an International Trade Consultant. Between 2008/2012, Dr. Cunningham served with Green Wealth International as their Senior International Business Consultant and Global Strategic Analyst.
His academic achievement includes a Doctorate in International Business.
